PATIKAweb [2.1 released]	A thin-client Web interface for read-only access to the PATIKA database. This tool features graph-theoretic querying of the database contents along with advanced visualization & automated layout facilities and microarray data analysis support. PATIKA pro [in progress]	This is a full-featured heavy client to the PATIKA server. On top of the functionalities provided by PATIKAweb, this can also be used as an author tool for submissions to the database for manipulation of the database contents.
PATIKA lite [beta released]	(aka PATIKA 1.0) A basic pathway editing and analysis tool; released in beta state, not supported any longer. Does not provide access to the latest PATIKA database due to its limited ontology support.
